Spamming Google Local

If you browse the internet alot then you really can’t help but notice all the spam that is floating around out there.  Most of the sites are the ones just looking to make a quick buck off  viagra or some other quick buck scam. It’s a really sad story that there is so much of this stuff out there, but what is alot more sad is to see to the local search results flooded with  duplicate listings. You would think that google would have this under control by now, but from the looks of things it just keeps getting worse and worse. I understand that some seo companies are trying to do what ever they can to get traffic and potential clients but putting 2 or 3 listings in every local search is going a little over board right?.

As a seo company you should ask yourself this question, “If I’m not getting deals or leads from having 1 listing up there what makes me think that I will get more if I put 2 or 3 up there”? It’s not like people can’t see your multiple listings and the bottom line is that if they liked what your company has to offer they would have giving you a called by now. Trying to trick clients into believing that you are the only company out there who can offer them this service will most likely only bring you embarrassment later.

With all that said, let’s try to keep the local search results clean, if your a seo company in Seattle then work harder to actually impress your potential clients with some organic ranking proof instead of showing them how good you are at spamming. As always, thanks for reading.
