We get alot of questions regarding our services so we thought it would be a good idea to add a frequently asked questions page to help answer some of these questions ahead of time.

Q: How long have you been in business?

A: We have been actively doing business online since 2005, but our knowledge of this market is much older than that.

Q: What makes your company better than other SEO Companies in Seattle?

A: We do not really claim to be better than any other company out there, we highly respect the other Seattle SEO Companies as well as those outside of our area. Every SEO company has their own strategy that works for them and their clients, and we are no different. We feel that we have a solid seo strategy that will work for your business and help put your company in a better position to succeed online.

Q: What kind of guarantee do you provide if we sign up for services?

A: If you are asking if we guarantee rankings then the answer is no. Even though we are 100% confident in what we do we have no control over how the search engines will react. Search engine algos change all the time and so do rankings. Our only guarantee is that we will do our best to keep your site at the top of the rankings and do everything possible is to push your site in front of the buying market. Beware of sales reps and other SEO companies that offer such guarantees, this is a clear sign of desperation to close the deal and take your money.

Q: Will my sales go up if I sign up with your company?

A: I could easily say yes here to close the deal, but then that would be a lie. The truth is that we have no control over the amount of sales that you will receive through our services. Every company is different and when it comes to sales this will depend on the quality of your product as well your customer service. If you treat your customers right and offer a good service then there is no reason why your site should not succeed.

Q: If you do not rank my site will I get a refund?

A: Our Set up fee to get started with service is a one time fee and non refundable. However, you can chose to cancel your monthly maintenance fee at any time. If you are not satisfied with the rankings results we have provided for your site then simply cancel your monthly maintenance fee and you will be relieved from our services. But take note that once you cancel your monthly maintenance fee this may result in a huge drop in rankings for the keywords your are currently ranking for.

Q: How long will it take you to rank my site for my keywords?

A: It is impossible to put an exact time line on when your site will start to see better ranking results in the search engines. There are alot of factors that come into play and each website is different. Some sites get to the top fairly fast while others could take up to a year before they see the desired results.

Q: Why don’t you have a client portfolio so that we can see what kind of results you have gotten for other clients?

A: We respect client privacy and therefore have chosen to not put up a client list on the website. This is to avoid unwanted solicitations from other seo and web development companies that might want to try and offer our clients services that they do not want or need for their business.

Q: Will I get a boost in traffic from your seo services?

A: Studies show that if your site is ranking on the first page the major search engines then can expect to see a rise in traffic, the higher your site ranks the more chances you have at receiving more traffic to your website. Our goal is to put your site in a position to where it can receive the most possible traffic, but again, this is an area which we have no control over, we can not force people to click on your website or buy your products.
