I totally agree that it left me speechless, “diamond engagement rings“. It caught my attention at the very first glance, thus, it is undeniable that others felt the same way. Having solid site content can’t be overstated. You will never have a truly successful website unless you have good content for your affiliate marketing sites. If you can’t write it yourself, you do have other options, but the best thing you can do is to learn how to write in this style. It will be an investment that will pay off time and time again.

About misspellings and linking. You are quite right that people won’t be targeting those misspellings as much so why bother creating them as links? Just ad them in your meta info, make sure they exist on your page perhaps in italics, and let the search engines do the rest.

I know many are going to say meta keywords don’t matter any more. I disagree for a number of reasons including how I have seen meta keywords still deliver results from the search engines.

Another way to optimize for keywords is to do it within comments like this one (which I didn’t) that are pointed back at your Website as hyperlinks. Keeps the mistakes off your page and yet allows you to rank quite nicely as a result.

I liked your other points too.

It’s never a good idea to stuff your keywords. In general I try to include my keywords at least 4 times on a page, once in the title, once in description and once in the keyword tag, you don’t need to list it any more times than that.
